Cello performing by Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi

The Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi conducted by Junichi Hirokami with Enrico Dindo playing cello performs music by Dmitri Shostakovich and Anton Bruckner on January 13 and 15. Founded in 1993 thanks to the efforts of the late conductor Vladimir Delman, the Orchestra Verdi started its 1999-2000 activity in a brand-new concert hall under the guidance of Maestro Riccardo Chailly, since September 2005 its Honorary Conductor. The season consists of some fifty concerts, most of them performed three times: Thursday at 8:30pm, Friday at 7:30pm, Sunday at 4pm.
