Bulgarian Icons and Manuscripts in Milan

Milan presents the Bulgarian Icons and Manuscripts exhibit from 4th April to 1st July this year at the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana museum. The visitors will admire the collection of icons, which were created between the 14th and the 19th centuries, along with some priceless manuscripts from the period between the 14th and 17th centuries. The collection of the manuscripts are from the Treasure of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church. The Bulgarian Patriarch, Maxim released it. <br>The exhibition of the Bulgarian National Art Gallery collection amazed businessmen, politicians, culture celebrities and diplomats who attended the inauguration in Ambrosiana Library. Ivo Ivanov, Bulgaria's General Consul in Milan, Boris Danailov, Director of the National Art Gallery and Metropolitan Kiril welcomed the guests. <br>
